Men’s Artistic Gymnastics

Men’s artistic gymnastics is a sport that combines strength, speed, flexibility, balance, agility and spatial awareness across 6 apparatus. The six apparatus men use are the floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars and the horizontal bar.

Through the sport of gymnastics, athletes learn valuable life skills such as discipline, balance, determination, dedication, teamwork and respect. Gymnastics provides a great base for all sports and life and we offer programs for all ages.

Within the Competitive program, there are several streams available at our facility depending on the skill set and the number of hours allocated to training.
